Manor Farm Foods
You are able experience their delicious Yorkshire Breakfast cereal; which made on the farm using ingredients grown there or locally sourced. As well as growing and creating excellent food products Manor Farm has for many years dedicated much work to enhancing wildlife. The work has included the development of wildflower meadows and wild bird food crops (a crop that they leave for the birds to harvest!). As a consequence the farm has lots of wildlife to see. They have all species of butterflies you can get in Yorkshire, including marbled white. Over 90 species of bird have been recorded there, such as barn owl, tree sparrow and yellow wagtail. On a quiet summer evening there is also a very good chance of seeing badgers and the rare water vole. Thankfully they don't just keep the wildlife there for themselves, there are plenty of paths and tracks for you to use whenever you like.
