The Granary & Mistal Booking Conditions

We regret that pets are not allowed.

• Bookings may be made by telephone but must be confirmed on the official booking form.
• A deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay is payable at the time of booking.
• The balance of the holiday is payable eight weeks before the arrival date.
• If booking is less than 8 weeks prior to your stay the full amount is payable.
• Bookings are from 4.00pm on Saturday of arrival until 10.00am on day of departure for weekly bookings. Please enquire if you require more than 7 nights. Short break arrival and departure times will be confirmed at time of booking.
• Your booking, when confirmed by us, constitutes a contract which makes you liable for the full rental even if you are forced to cancel your holiday. We suggest that you take out a simple and inexpensive insurance policy to cover this possibility.
• (The Granary only) The bedrooms accommodate up to 8 guests, we can accommodate an extra 4 guests on 2 single and one double futon beds in the games room. The charge is £25.00 per person per stay. The bedding is provided.
• Electricity, Oil, logs are included.
• Personal belongings including motor cars are the client’s responsibility and no responsibility can be accepted for any loss or damage how so ever caused to any car contents or personal belongings.
• The Tennis court is for Tennis only, there is a separate area for all other games and ball games. We kindly ask that children are supervised at all times when on the Tennis Court.
• Only the number of persons entered on the booking form may occupy the premises.
• The client is responsible for leaving the accommodation in the same clean and tidy condition found upon arrival, and to report and pay for the breakages, loss or damage before leaving.
• The beds are supplied with duvets and the use of all linen and towels is included in the price.
• Children are welcome and a cot and high chair can be supplied.
• The water supply is from our own well; the water goes through bacterial and nitrate system. It is tested annually by Ryedale District Council.
• The Granary and The Mistal are both WIFI enabled
• The Granary and The Mistal is No Smoking.
