Downstairs a flagged hall leads to The Granary garden, stairs to the first floor and four delightful double bedrooms.

This spacious room has a double 5ft pine bed and looks out into the beautiful walled garden. The shower room has a large shower, hand wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

Bathroom

This bathroom has a attractive free standing bath with shower, wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

Twin Room

This bedroom has adult sized bunk beds, dressing table and wardrobe.

A comfortable twin pine bedroom with dressing table and wardrobe, facing north-west into the garden.

Double Room

This spacious double room has a 5ft pine bed and pine furniture. It faces the north -west into the walled garden and enjoys the evening sun.

The original Granary stone steps lead to a charming and spacious first floor living area, comprising of an antique pine kitchen and dining area with galleried shelving and a pitched ceiling. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, hob and everyday kitchen appliances.

The lounge is extremely cosy and has an Inglenook fireplace with a wood burning Douve stove. There is a colour television, video, DVD player, music centre and a good selection of books.

Games Room

An adjoining door leads to a fabulous games room which will keep everyone amused for hours. Standing in the centre is a fantastic half sized snooker table which converts to table tennis.

Also there is a “Sega Master system II”, computer with a good selection of games. A great choice of jigsaws, games and board games for all ages.

There is an electric organ which means you’ll always be entertained!.

One double and two single futons in the games room allow for an extra four guests.

Gardens

Children can play securely in the enclosed garden which has a small sandpit. There is a barbecue and garden furniture for you to relax and enjoy breathtaking views of the Yorkshire Wolds.
For those wishing for a more energetic time there is large grass area for ball games including croquet, bowls and cricket.
For tennis fans, there is a full sized grass tennis court.

The Granary has a beautiful private walled garden where you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside.
